OUTLINE

• Intro

  • Name, location

• Story

  • How long you’ve been an agent, something fun & personal

• Why

  • Why are you an agent? What do you love about helping people? What makes you stand out from the rest? 

• Soft Call To Action

  • Welcome people to a conversation and tell them how, don’t hard close them here. We measure success when someone wants to reach out to you, and know exactly how. 

EXAMPLE

[INTRO] Hey, I’m Jack Smith with Smith Realty here in Pembina. 

[STORY] I’ve been an agent here for 13 years with my wife and kids. We love hiking the trails and playing with our dog at the park downtown. 

[WHY] The thing I love most about being an agent, is seeing the excitement of a new family land the home of their dreams and seeing that their future is becoming a reality with their move, and I’ll go to the ends of the earth to make sure the entire process is as seamless as possible.
