Tips on how to get your Nuggets approved

NRP agents can submit up to 4 video nuggets. It can be done at once or you prefer to upload it monthly. The video can be no longer than 60 seconds in length. The perfect nugget is roughly 30 seconds.

Please be mindful of the video quality you are uploading to ensure that it will be easily approved.

The video uploaded will get failed or auto-reject if it fails any of the following requirements:

• The video duration must be between 20 to 60 seconds

• The video resolution must be a minimum of 1920 x 1080

• The audio must be clear in the video

• For videos with graphics and sounds, email the NRP agent to upload the version without edits 

Good Quality Sample

• Steady background

• Clear audio

• The subject is not seen moving/walking away from/to the camera (In case, reach out to the NRP agent to ask for the raw video or if they can cut that part and re-upload)

• As much as possible, the lighting is good enough to see the NRP Agent on the video

BAD Quality Sample

• NRP Agent’s face is not shown and you need to scroll up and down

• Vertical upload like below. Contact the NRP Agent and ask if they have a different one. The sample still needed to be in the square layout to be able to view the video not zoomed.
