Can I ask someone to work on my profile?

It is important that your profile should have the correct information.

We do not normally suggest that you entrust others to work on it as it needs your login, your payment method is included, and some pertinent details.

Unless you know the person or you are guiding the person who is working on your profile, seems like it will work. As long as you can secure your account or you are sure about it, it will be your decision to have someone complete the profile for you. However, it is still highly encouraged that you personally work on it.
