How do I set up my profile?

Profile Setup is the next step in the Negotiators Recognized Partner onboarding process. Our team is very excited and looking forward to getting you started!

How would you set up your profile?

First, you should receive an onboarding email coming from us with the instructions and with the profile set-up link.

Here's what the email looks like:

Click the link sent to you, and you will be redirected to create an account. Click the button to create your account, enter your email address and create your password.

Go to the "Manage my Profile" tab, and update all of the missing information, such as profile photo, location, state, bio, and introductory video.

Profile photo needs to be clear and at least in 760x760 size.

Introductory Video requirements:

  • Audio and video must be clear
  • 30–90 seconds long
  • Any format will do (mp4, mov)

*Record in a quiet area. You don't need a professional mic as long as there aren't excessive background noises, hums, echos, etc. You're more than welcome to hire a videographer if it makes you more comfortable, but at the end of the day, a "selfie" video shot with a modern smartphone is highly relatable, quality, and effective for attracting new clients.

Refer to this script or guide if you don't know what to say in the video.

What can you include in your Bio:

Tell anything about yourself. Tell us about:

  • How you started as an agent
  • Your achievements and awards
  • Who are you affiliated with
  • License number
  • Social Media links or personal website
